Instructions for Media Accreditation Badge Registration
Welcome to the media accreditation process for LIMA '25.
To complete your registration and obtain your media badge, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Eligibility Requirements
Before proceeding with registration, ensure that you meet the following criteria:
Professional Affiliation: You need to be associated with an established media organization or publication.
Supporting Documents: Prepare digital copies of the following: Submit a digital version of a current press card or media identification.
If you do not have a valid press card or media identification, please submit a letter of assignment from your organization.
Step 2: Online Registration
Fill in the form on the next page.
Step 3: Submission and Confirmation
Review your application to ensure all details are correct.
Click the "Submit" button to finalize your application.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your submission is successful.
Step 4: Application Review
Our Public Relations Team will review all applications.
If further information is needed, we will reach out to you via email.
Step 5: Badge Collection
Bring a printed/digital copy of your approval notification to the badge collection counter at the event venue.
Provide a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
Collect your media badge and event materials starting 19 May 2025 at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre (MIEC) Hall.
Additional Information
Media badges provide access to all public areas of the event and designated media zones.
For security purposes, badges must be visibly worn at all times while inside the venue.
Any misuse of the media badge may lead to the cancellation of accreditation.
All personal data will be vetted by the authorities and will not be shared to the public.
