Instructions for Media Accreditation Badge Registration
Welcome to the media accreditation process for LIMA '25.
To complete your registration and obtain your media badge, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Eligibility Requirements
Before proceeding with registration, ensure that you meet the following criteria:
  1. Professional Affiliation: You need to be associated with an established media organization or publication.
  2. Supporting Documents: Prepare digital copies of the following: Submit a digital version of a current press card or media identification.
If you do not have a valid press card or media identification, please submit a letter of assignment from your organization.
Step 2: Online Registration
  1. Fill in the form on the next page.
Step 3: Submission and Confirmation
  1. Review your application to ensure all details are correct.
  2. Click the "Submit" button to finalize your application.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your submission is successful.
Step 4: Application Review
  1. Our Public Relations Team will review all applications.
  2. If further information is needed, we will reach out to you via email.
Step 5: Badge Collection
  1. Bring a printed/digital copy of your approval notification to the badge collection counter at the event venue.
  2. Provide a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  3. Collect your media badge and event materials starting 19 May 2025 at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre (MIEC) Hall.
Additional Information
  • Media badges provide access to all public areas of the event and designated media zones.
  • For security purposes, badges must be visibly worn at all times while inside the venue.
  • Any misuse of the media badge may lead to the cancellation of accreditation.
  • All personal data will be vetted by the authorities and will not be shared to the public.

  • Please ensure the provided photo has a solid, clear background. Access may be denied if the photo is unclear.
Upload digital copies of the following:
  • A valid press card or media identification.
  • A letter of assignment from your organisation if you do not have any valid press card or media identification.

You understand that when you register for one of our events your personal data will be processed by us in accordance with our privacy policy, including:
  1. sending you updates in relation to the event.
  2. sending you information about other products and services that we believe may be of interest to you.
  3. no walk in registration during the event day.
You understand that by allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, partner, sponsor, or speaker at one of our events ("event partner"):
  1. You will be providing your personal data, including your contact details: email, telephone number, and postal address.
  2. The event partner will process your personal data in accordance with their privacy policy to provide you with relevant follow-up information, product details, and promotional materials. Your badge will also be scanned at the main entrance of the event upon your arrival. This scan of the badge is for analytical, health, and safety purposes only, and no data is transferred to any other parties.
